In his role as Chief Operating Officer for ChurchShield, Chad has provided accounting, financial, and tax advice to over 250 churches and ministries around the country. Prior to joining ChurchShield, he worked for a regional CPA firm where he specialized in compilations, reviews, audit engagements, monthly write-up accounting work, consulting, tax planning, and tax return preparation. Chad received his B.S. in Accounting from Liberty University. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his four kids (and making them plenty of PB&J sandwiches).

Prior to her role with ChurchShield, Pam served as an in-house CPA Tax Attorney for Lakewood Church under Pastor Joel Osteen. She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Pam is a frequent speaker at various churches and ministry conferences where she addresses a variety of topics, including nonprofit accounting, ministerial compensation, and clergy tax. In addition, Pam is also a contributing author for Ministry Today magazine. Pam graduated with a 4.0 as the university’s top accounting student with a B.S. in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and received her law degree from Regent University. Pam is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the bar in good standing, in both Indiana and Virginia. In addition to her role at ChurchShield, Pam is a mom to four children, including a set of twins.
