Pamela M. Schavey, CPA, J.D.

Pam received her B.S. in Accounting from Oral Roberts University, graduating with a 4.0 as the university’s top accounting student. Immediately after graduation, she passed the CPA exam with her score placing her in the top 4% of the country. In addition to these accomplishments, Pam also attended a 2-year Bible training center.  Desiring to continue her education, Pam obtained a law degree from Regent University, graduating in the top 5% of her class. She then passed the Virginia Bar in October 2000, where she is currently licensed to practice. Pam has worked with David Epstein, one of the leading clergy tax lawyers in the country, serving churches with their compensation, attest engagements, and audit needs for over twelve years. She served as in-house CPA Tax Attorney for Lakewood Church (Pastor Joel Osteen) from September 2000 through December 2001. Pam has assisted some of the largest churches and ministries in the country with their accounting setup, software implementation, and legal issues, and she also spends considerable time helping small to intermediate churches and ministries.  Pam is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, and she is also a frequent guest speaker at church conferences and events.
